It’s November 1st and you’re most likely asking yourself, “What am I going to do with all this Halloween candy?” Dentists across america may have that answer! Operation Gratitude is urging dentists to collect candy and send it to the troops overseas!
You can learn more about the operation here.
Are you going to urge dentists, if they don’t already, to participate Mosaic?
I love my share of snacks, especially when it involves peanut butter. In fact, last night I made honey biscuits with peanut butter and syrup. That’s not THAT many calories, right? Check out this cool WEBSITE of 10 peanut butter recipes for the fall.

More pink on the field thanks to a very smart 11 year old. The NFL officials will be using PINK penalty flags for Sunday’s Jets vs. Dolphins game after Dante Cano wrote commissioner Roger Goodell with a fine suggestion in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
This is a piece from USA today and I (as the writer of the particular blog) could not agree with it more: “The NFL’s embrace of Breast Cancer Awareness Month is undeniably great, yet you’d be amazed at the number of complaints on Facebook and Twitter about the league going pink for four games. Seeing Aaron Rodgers with a pink towel tucked into his waist is too much for some people, apparently. Stop the complaints. The league can go overboard sometimes. When it’s for a worthy cause like this, it can’t go overboard enough.”
Dante and his family have been invited to the game to help deliver these pink flags to the officials! Now THAT will be something to remember and rightfully brag about when he is 30! Or any age for that matter!
Quote from Goodell “Sometimes the simplest ideas can be the best. I applaud Dante for sending in his recommendation.” Are you on board with the PINK flags, Mosaic?

I love the feeling a great workout gives you once you are done. It’s probably more of a feeling of accomplishment than anything else. I see a lot of people are hooked on yoga. I myself have never ventured there, but I saw something “new” the other day. It is called Doga (Dog Yoga). Check it out HERE for more information.
Have you ever heard of Doga, Mosaic? What do you think about it?

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Not to be confused with brushing your teeth, checking yourself every month is as just as important. Ellen’s mother is a breast cancer survivor for many years now, as she often speaks about. Comedian Wanda Sykes also had a scare.
Ellen comments it is important to laugh no matter what is going on because it is the best medicine. Laughter is free and doesn’t prevent you from using heavy machinery. Haha good one Ellen. :)
Click the image above, if you haven’t already, to see Ellen’s clip from least year as she sends all those affected with cancer love and strength.
Will you be sending love and strength to anyone during Breast Cancer awareness month Mosaic? Check yourself. Tell a friend. Save a life.
